How do I activate a site?

After signing up, copy your License Key from the Structura dashboard and paste it into the Structura plugin on your WordPress site. One site per key by default — bump the limit any time from your subscription page.

Does Structura provide LLM API keys?

On Free and BYOK, you use your own OpenAI or Gemini API key — you pay them directly, we charge nothing for AI usage. On Cloud and Cloud Pro, the AI is fully managed by us, including model selection, token budgets, and provider failover.

How do I change my activation limit?

Upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan from your customer portal. The new limits take effect immediately, so you can manage more or fewer sites as needed.

Can I upgrade between tiers mid-subscription?

Yes. Your remaining subscription is prorated against the new tier's price. The upgrade happens at your next billing cycle — or immediately if you prefer. Your call.

I run 30 sites — is there a price for me?

Yes. Past 25 sites we work out custom pricing on Cloud Agency and Cloud Pro Agency. Reach out through the contact form and we'll send a quote within a business day.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime, from your customer portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then it won't renew.
